Pricing Questions
Pricing
Most projects are priced per final edited photo.
Creative sessions can provide a set of photos for a session fee.
Provide as many details as you can about your project and include reference photos when possible. We will send you a quote.
Hourly Rate
If an hourly rate works to your advantage, we can work that way. Quotes factor both studio time and editing time.
Discounts
There are discounts for multiple items and repeat customers.
Deposit
We ask for a 50% down payment on projects over $300.00 and on certain services we provide.
Refunds
Refunds are issued when we fail to meet the requirements of your project. Creative sessions and some operations or expenses are excluded.
Turnaround
It can be as quick as two working days for the first previews on small projects.
After revisions, adjustments, or retakes, delivery can take five days or more.
Contract
We can sign a contract to assure you of our commitment and guarantee the price for the services you need on long-term projects.
Licensing
For the vast majority of projects, you have full unrestricted usage of the photos. On certain projects, some licensing rules may apply.
Editing Questions
Standard Editing
Standard editing means all photos receive adjustments such as brightness, contrast, white balance, crop, and removal of dust or small blemishes.
Extended Editing
Removing blemishes, imperfections, fabric wrinkles, straightening edges, removing labels, and changing colors can also be done. There is a fee associated with this type of editing.
Cleaning
Cleaning is always necessary in some form. It may mean simple dusting, or it may be more involved. You want your product to look perfect, and we do not want to spend endless hours post-processing specks of dust.
Styling
Clothing, loose handles on a bag, folded towels, positioning cables, and holding a box open are all styling operations. Food photography is one case of extreme styling.
Resolution
You will be able to do billboard advertising, no matter what we are photographing.
Publishing
We also offer editing services to prepare advertising material. We can do extensive post-processing.

Delivery

We have fresh and up-to-date equipment that we know how to use and feel comfortable with. Sometimes we still improvise with duct tape.
