Pricing Questions
Most of the projects will have a price per final edited photo.
Creative sessions will provide a set of photos for a session fee.
Provide as many details as you can about your project and some reference photos, we will send you a quote.
If we find an hourly rate works to your advantage we can also work that way. Quotes will factor studio time and editing time.
There's discounts for multiple items and repeat customers.
We do ask for a down payment of 50% on projects over $300.00 and on certain services we provide.
Refunds are issued when we fail to meet the requirements of your project. Creative sessions and some operations and expenses excluded.
It can be as quick as two working days for the first previews, for small projects.
After revisions, adjustments, retakes could take five days or more.
We can always sign a contract to assure you of our commitment and to guarantee you the price for the services you need on long term projects.
For the vast majority of the projects out there you have the full unrestricted usage of the photos. On certain projects some licensing rules must be followed.

Editing Questions
Standard editing and that means all photos get standard editing such as brightness, contrast, white balance, crop and removal of dust or small blemishes.
Removing blemishes, imperfections, fabric wrinkles, straightening edges, removing labels changing colors can also be done. There’s a fee associated with this type of editing.
Cleaning, in some form, is always necessary. It can mean a simple dusting but it can get more involved. You want your product to look perfect and we don't want to spend endless hours post processing specs of dust.
Clothing, loose handles on a bag, folded towels, positioning cables, holding a box open, all these are styling operations. Food photography is one case of extreme styling.
You will be able to do billboard advertising, no matter what we are taking photos of.
We also offer editing services to produce for advertising material. We can do extensive post processing.

Process Questions
It can be as quick as two working days for the first previews, for small projects. After revisions, adjustments, retakes could take 5 days or more.
We are fully mobile.
When the items are too large to move, impractical or you can't part with them, we come to you.
For large sizes, we’ll gladly pay you a visit.
For anything else, we’ll find a solution.
We have fresh and up to date equipment that we know how to use and we feel comfortable with. But then we improvise with duck-tape sometimes.
